Shipping policy

U.S. Orders Shipping policy

- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

- Free delivery on orders over $50.00 

- Orders valued under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate depending on the combined weight of the products in the order. Orders with a combined weight equalling a total of 12 ounces or less will be charged $5.00. Order with a combined total weight greater than 12 ounces will be charged $10.00. 

-Orders totaling $50.00 or more will ship for free

- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available

- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at brokehammer.zack@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
